WMP displaying wrong album cover ?

Hi dudes.

Is there a way of manually telling Windows Media Player what album cover to show when playing ??

I currently have some foreign ones that either have no pictire or show completely random pictures of different albums :)

In WMP 11 in Vista, I'm sure if you just right click on the album cover you want and copy - then right click on the incorrect one showing in WMP and paste as cover (I think).

I'm not sure what the paste option is called but it's obvious enough... but that's how I corrected all mine on my Media Centre.

Bare in mind if its a small jpg/gif you've found then it will use that exact image in WMP - so it's best to find a large(ish) image of the album if you can :)


So simply google image search your album... find the album cover, view the full size image... right click - copy.
Go to WMP, right click - paste as album art (again not 100% sure what the option is called, but its obvious enough).
 
Oh hang on !!

Some folders with incorrect pictures can't have them changed and some folders with no pics can't have them added :(

Is this just another of Vista's "quirks" ??

I have successfully changed the pic on one folder but the pic is not displayed in WMP. Any ideas ??
