WMP11 (Vista) Now Playing : feature not available

Hi,

When I choose the "Info Center View:Media Guide" in WMP11 I get

Feature not available

This feature is not avaibable from either the currently selected default online store

I have Media Guide selected :confused:

Anybody know how to fix?

Well i'm getting info up but mine is set to MSN music Uk

How you get the Music Guide bit?

Just seen the Media Guide button (Top right). Is that the same option?

If it is, it's working a treat

Right click in the middle of the black area? Should display the option then.

To delete an item from the playlist

If it's any consolation, mine does it too if I have MediaGuide selected, MSN Music is ok. Not that I use the now playing feature mind.

Could be because that part is flash? Dont vista still have a problem with certain flash images?

On my brand new Vista install, selected Express Setup and then finish to see what mine did and it immediately got stuck in Not Responding - grrrrr

Well MSN music for me told me a whole bunch of stuff about my pc when I ran a check for compatibility.
The funniest one was it declaring that vista was unsupported as it isnt compatible with Linux.
The other few being it didnt recognise WMP 11 and it really wasnt happy about my use of firefox 2.

If you go to the MSN music store in WMP there is a link for it to do a check on your system to find the problem.

sorry couldnt remember exactly where I found the link, as I slept since then. I thought it came up on the page that told me I couldnt access MSN music, but glad you found it.

What does it say about your pc then.
