Wndows vista fresh install BSOD

Hey guys.

I am trying to do a fresh install of windows vista, but as the install goes to the "completing" stage, the install crashes and goes to BSOD.

The screen pops up and goes so quickly, and then the pc restarts prompting the machine to claim the install failed and i should start again.

I tried that but the error comes back again.

I think the error on the screen is this:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

But I ca't be 100% sure, the screen literally disappears as soon as it turns up.

Any ideas>?
 
The reason I am installing vista, is that my windows 7 copy is an upgrade to vista, I can't install 7 without installing Vista.

All installing now I hope!

Any idea why vista had trouble? My guess was that it struggled with the drivers for my graphics card.
