They will indeed be LGA775 CPU's. All P35 and X38 boards support these along with a select few nForce 650i/680i, P965 and 975X boards.
I don't know about the initial revision of the board but the A1/T1 revision that improved Quad Core clocking issues and some other bugs, that's been on sale the past few months does support it with a BIOS update![]()
Yep, you should be good to go. I'm pretty sure I've already seen a BIOS noting "Wolfdale Support" but I might be wrong. Either way, eVGA have marketed the board as 45nm CPU Ready so whenever Wolfdale/Yorkfield turn up you'll be fine.
