If you liked the first one you will like this, not quite as good as the first but tremendous fun to be had

I've playing with a VEGA 64 and an Acer XR341CK over the display port, I've set VSYNC Off and the Frame Target Control to 75fps, frame rate is pretty constant but I'm seeing pretty bad screen tearing, the OSD on the monitor shows FREESYNC is enabled.
Anybody else seeing this?

Check the in game settings. Might be some sort of variable refresh on or vsynch etc...

So I finished this last night, super enjoyable and a pleasure to play through. That said, I was surprised it ended when it did. Was kinda like 'Wut?'.....when the end credits started rolling. Suppose there are still the Uberkommandant missions to complete now the campaign is done.
Still a top game though.

Yeah, that ending also surprised me too. But the series isn't over. I'm sure they working on the next game and I bet there will be a few more, after all, they got a whole world to take this series too.

Just bought this from GMG. Didn't try new order but did buy old blood which was okay, if a bit too linear for my taste. Also got bored with the monster at the end so ended it there. Hope this one is a bit better

I don't think the FRTC works, as it doesn't in DOOM (in Vulkan), as i capped mine to 80 in that, but its still doing 170/80fps+.

My only disappointment with this game is it's too short. It's a bout 6-8 hours long.
Which is short for a AAA single player title.

Excellent game so far, just enabled VSYNC and it as smooth as butter, never falls below 75fps

The Old Blood wasn't near as good as The New Order for me so you'll definitely find this one much better. I gave up trying to kill the monster in the Old Blood and ended it their too by the way.
I preferred the old blood personally! Was a bit less cut sceney and didn't try to be so emotional.
This is my one criticism of Colossus.. after a certain someone dies Blankowitz comes out with some nauseating comments to himself about angels and wings... Eughhh Jesus nearly had to mute it!

Ha. Those are exactly the same reasons why I preferred the New Order! All down to personal preference at the end of the day but I like the cinematics in games now - for me it's the difference between modern gaming and the games I played in the 80s and 90s.

I picked this up on sale and while the game is fun I'm quite disappointed with how it looks. Some of the textures are rotten and I'm playing on max settings.
The dog texture at the start was particularly bad lol. I've ended up cranking up the film grain to try and mask how everything looks....
Am I just being fussy or has anyone else thought the game didn't look too hot? It's just really inconsistent, at times it looks nice and others plain ugly.
As a comparison DOOM to me looks miles better.

I'm not really enjoying the Ubercommander enigma missions. Firstly spending too many enigma codes to unlock them and then it just feels like going over the same levels again.
