I shouldn't laugh, but I did...

Completely irresponsible, stupid, reckless, dangerous etc. but the first time I saw this...I burst out laughing.

Funny as, but also pretty harsh & cruel.

Would be funnier with a corresponding video shot from the pavement so you can see the aftermath

I wouldn't do it though myself.

I think, driving without due care and consideration to other road users ie pedestrians.

I've witnessed a friend get soaked by a passing car before. Nearly wet myself. Shortly after laughing at said friend I then get the same done to me :[ just had to laugh though.

I'm hoping the kids had just finished school cus there was nothing worse than getting caught in the rain and sitting in class, wet.
