I find this absolutely disgusting. They carry out the attack as if it is the normal thing to do.

She looked as if she lashed out at him first... should he have retaliated? probably not, and not with the force that he did. Not condoning this but I think there is more than meets the eye.

Would this be news if it was woman vs. woman? Equal rights and all that? (don't take these flippant comments too seriously GD)

She only retaliated after one of gang poured his drink over her. Good on her standing up for herself.
