wondering about ddr3

wondering when the ddr3 8bit 1.2 gig per sec compared to ddr2 4 bit 666 meg per sec and am3 are due out i heard its around nov06-jan 07 anyone know?

DDR2 sticks have a bandwidth of up to at least 8GB/s, I wouldnt expect amd to be releasing a new socket this year, I think if they did that people would stop buying amd altogether.
