Wondows 7 Pro 64bit .AVI probs

Hi, I cant get my .AVI files to appear in my explorer? Thay arent there, ive checked show hidden files and folders etc but they still dont show up? . is it something to do with 64 bit files?

nothing to do with 64 bit, if they arent where they should be and arent hidden then they must have been deleted somehow :S

When I save another avi in the same folder I can see the older avi's , yet when I open the this folder there not there :confused:

hmm, what software are you saving avis with?
also some screenshots might help
