Hi guys I built a new PC about a week ago with z590 plus wifi and everything has been working great until I got the asus ez update flash up, clicked OK to update the bios and then it said need to restart Windows and now nothing.. can hear the fans spinning up and down in a loop and the cases fans all lit up but flash about every 7 seconds.. any ideas? Thanks.

4 second push of *power on* button to get straight into bios?? If not re-flash older bios via usb?
If I hold the power button for 4 seconds it just starts up then after a few seconds shuts it off.. the lights on the board don't get past dram and the monitor doesn't come on... I'll have a look into how to usb flash...

Looks like you have three to chose from .... do you know version causing you problems?

Thanks Guys, I got it working now, was a little bit stressed out for a whilst back then lol, all I did in the end was turn it off at the wall for a whilst, unplug everything and booted into the BIOS by pressing delete and then seemed to work after that so not really sure what was wrong to be honest..
Not going to bother updating again if it carrys on working fine..

Updating bios shouldn't be scary tho, something caused a boot issue and could prevent from your system booting in future as well

I was going to suggest clearing your CMOS (there's a jumper on your board to do it or you can remove the battery), glad you got it sorted.
