Wont boot with Graphics Card

Chances are an identical card will work fine unless it is an imcompatibility with the model, albeit unlikely.
 
Ok, I have 2 options now as I am getting a refund.

Either chance it and go with the same card to see if its not the card and just me (but will OC refund me again if it is?) or go for a different card (one I know for sure works?)

If it is the case of a faulty GPU and OC let me know.. I'll be buying the 5750 again I think
