wont boot

i ve got a wierd thing going on here
my pc wont boot up, it starts and sounds fine but i no picture on the monitor.
the only way i can get it on is to reset the bios wait few secs then turn on

its annoying because it keeps screwing up my ie certs
ive tried different gfx card, and ram any other ideas?

i fixed it

strangely enough it was the power thingy 4-1 splitter thing cant remember what u call them from the wall socket .

tried another and its fine now hehe
