Wont boot ?

hi guys ive just tried upping my overclock to 378x9 vcore 1.47

the pc boots up until the windows xp loading screen then wont go no further just a black screen?? ive had it @ 3.20 no trouble, but would like it at 3.40.

is my memory stopping me from going any further ?

What should the DRAM frequency be set at?

personaly id go memory on auto till you max the cpu out then tighten the memory timings

So i have to max the cpu out then once ive done that change the memory timings then take the cpu further?

First max out your motherboard (see how much FSB it can handle)
Then max out the CPU.
Then max out the memory.
Then combine your results and find a good middle ground.
