Won't detect monitors connected to motherboard, although surroundview is enabled

I have got a TV connected to my gpu (amd hd 6950) and my other two smaller monitors connected to my motherboard. I have enabled surround view in the BIOS, where it clearly stated that this allows me to run my primary monitor off the PCI-E and the second monitor off the Integrated FX.

When I go back into windows 10, go to the display settings and click 'detect', it says that no other monitors are connected!?

Does anyone know a fix to this?
