Wont turn of

Hey my pc Wont turn off or reboot... anyone know any reasons why this would happen... i have tried many different things... full reinstall new bios everything i can think of. please help spec as in sig but i have removed the overclock also thanks

Is there a problem with this?? my first problem i had super slow boot up changed the drivers now i have no reboot or turn off... anybody know any resolves for this??

i turned off the paging files in system adavanced and lo and behold it rebooted

buggery i need more memroy i only have 1gig thanks for the help
