Yes got the problem fixed, found a nocta heatsink which was in an old case which he gave me 
luckly for me it fitted .
Took a lot of pics but cant get them up because ive got no card reader on this computer and ive lost my lead for the camara, wont have time to set up the other pc untill the weekend very busy at school atm
Tested the gpu's out in furmark and the top one hit 105 C !!!!!!, made a custom fan controler and did some cable management and the top one maxes out at 96 C in furmark and the other at 76 C, Downloading EFLC to test it out, already tested crysis and crysis warhead out at it looks sweet!!! all maxed out .
However there are a few problems... The gup bracket which you use to scre the card into the case was badly bent on one card (the box was damaged aswell and the card was rattling about inside) and the other one was also a bit bent so i think im going to send them back (not ocuk) and get the ASUS V2 because the POV packaging is nasty .
The DVD drive which i got from ocuk maks a chirping noise and such when installing stuff ect... so im thinking about sending that back.
another problem..... the Corsair AX has that slight high pitch noise which is not nice but cant hear it over the loud loud cards, when i get watercooling in i will get it replaced . (it is a very very nice unit tho =D)

from experience, all my new builds never go to plan straight away, hope you get the problems sorted soon mate it is annoying when its not all 'perfect'.
