They where charging £100+ for Coldplay in Dec at MEN.

There's nothing wrong with allowing the market to set the ticket price for some of the tickets while others are sold at a fixed price allocated by luck or queuing... what is bad though is:

The site gained notoriety after customers complained that they paid high prices to get into sold-out shows but their tickets never turned up.
