How do you make a font in word 2003 your principal one.

When ever I start word I allways have to change the font from Times New Roman to Aerial. I want Aerial as my primary font.
Same on the Envelopes wizard. That is allways Helvetica.

Open up word, click Format > Font

Select the font you want to use and it's size before clicking OK look at the bottom left of the dialog for a DEFAULT button, click that, then click YES to the normal template dialog.

Not sure if this does the Envelope wizard but try the same thing in the wizard.

tried that but when you open word again its gone back to Times New Roman.

How about saving it as a default template?

Well when I did it that way it worked fine, and clicking YES saves it to the normal template.
