Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a means by which to add more colours to the higlight palette in word.

I know this can be done in the "Font color palette" but I am unable to find a way to do this for the higlight option.

If anyone knows, please share the wealth : )

Highlight colours are hard coded but try this:
1. Select the text to be highlighted.
2. Choose Format | Borders and Shading from the menu.
3. Click on the Shading tab.
4. In the Apply to: drop-down list, choose Text.
5. Click on the colour closest to the colour you want.
6. Click the More Colours button.
7. Choose a colour from the colour hexagon, or click the Custom tab and choose any colour at all.
8. Click OK and OK again.

Hope this helps
