Hey Guys,

Im trying to sort a fillable form out for a mundane work task i do on a regular basis, basically i fill in the same form quite a lot and on the first page I enter the name of said person and i have to enter this name about 25 other times on other pages.

Now im making a form using a "rich text control" so that I can just enter the name and not mess up anything within the document and just tab around, but is there away with Word to enter the name on page one and word automatically change the name in the rest of the document?

Thanks a lot hopefully someone can help :D.

Matthew

-Edit: Oops was thinking about Excel.

If the name is the same throughout the document why not just use the Find and Replace?

Sorry because the original form has no name it just has a blank space. Hence it needs to be original. Also the name was just an example, i also have many dates etc etc
