Word 2007 print tray problem

Hi guys,

I really need to get this fixed!

I have a user who cannot print to an alternate tray of any printer. It will always come out of tray 1 so he can't use it for letterhead etc.

This works fine for everyone else and it will work fine for him in other programmes such as excel.

I've run out of ideas, I've deleted is normal.docm and reinstalled the printers.
