Word - alt text in header lost when converting to PDF

Right, I've hit a rut. Cant seem to find any information why this is happening, or how to fix it.

When converting a word document to PDF (using FlashPaper 2.01), any alt-text added to images in the document header are lost. Everything works fine and dandy when the images are placed in the main body of the document, but for obvious reasons I'd rather they stay in the header/footer.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

Which version of word are you using?

If 2k7 get the MS PDF converter. If using 2003 or earlier try using Primo PDF.

Using 2003 here at work, I'll give Primo PDF a go :x
