Hi Guys, I am throwing together a CV and was wondering how i make one section of it seperated and justified, basically what i am writing is a summary of GCSE's obtained but cannot get the grades to justify.

for instance....

English A
Science A
Maths A

It doesnt look very proffesional, does anyone know how i can set all of these to be straight down?

Thanks

Select the text and click on the top ruler to set a tab where you want the grades to line up.

Then delete the spaces between the subject and grade and replace it with a tab. The grade letter will then move to the tab postion.

You can then select all the lines and move the tab on the ruler to put it exactly where you want it.

Edit: If you can't follow this look up tabs in the help menu for a step by step explanation with pictures.
