I'm filling in an application form and the layout is locked, which is pretty annoying as they really only give space for one line, 5word answers. Meaning when filling in a section the the box expands and throws everything off underneath.
Currently I'm sitting at (for one example) half of the references section at the top of the page, and half of the recruitment monitoring at the bottom of the page. Which ideally should be a seperate sheet as it's stuff like age range, sex, nationality etc.
Usually when this happens I go in and respace things out, make it visually better. I don't change the order or anything.

Anybody know how I can go in and edit things? If there is such a way?

Thanks.

Be careful they they don't want it back in a set format for a reason such as scanning in for records etc. The chances are they locked it for a reason.

I'm keeping it in the format, so I'm not changing the order of sections.
But as an example the box for Job Title and description is one line high and about 3/4 words , so "customer services advisor" takes up all this box so there's no choice but to expand on this.
And it's one to complete electronically.
