Which is the best wordpress backup software that will backup my database themes pics ect ect

root access to the FTP / SQL.

I'm using this.

All automated. Don't have to have my PC on for a backup to run. Does all files and SQL backup. And as it's backed up to Dropbox I'm not relying on just my PC as a backup point.

Mine tried to run on one site but failed. I think that's the utterly RUBBISH hosting package though. The plugin itself seems pretty good.

i like xcloner. you can schedule it as a cron job
