Word Questions

I am writing a mass letter to over 700 companies. Is there a way for me to replace the main body of the letter on all copies within the word document - similar to find and replace all feature but for a page and a half's worth of text?

What you want to do is a mail merge, do a search within Word to get the full run down.

Having some problems. The addresses are stored in one document (hundreds of the same letter with each address) - I am following guide but don't know how to extract just the addresses from the document.
