I am currently trying to make a tempate letter i can fill in the gaps depending on the contents e.g. different addresses. I have seen in previous documents the ability to make a template letter with blanks that are filled with the relevant information e.g. (Address). Can someone tell me what this function is called so i can add it to my letters?
