Word template help

I'm trying to make a Word template where users can only enter text in to pre determined fields, and tabbing in the document moves from one to the next fixed fields

I know this is really basic, but Word 2010 is blowing my mind!

Any help appreciated

Thanks j1nxy100, the dude I'm doing this for needs Word to open and this template to pop up every time, so I really need it in Word I think
