Just installed wordpress after years of using Modx

Can anyone tell me where the option is to toggle the advanced buttons in TinyMCE?

I've searched high and low and can't for the life of me find it anywhere.

I don't think they are there by default. You'd need TinyMCE Advanced plugin or similar.
