Wordpress and Google forms problem

Hi.

Don't suppose someone can help me with this, for my dissertation part of my research involves using online questionnaires, so I thought I'd put it on my blog, only problem is when I add the form using the code this happens:

Any ideas how to fix this?

Using Firebug I've had a look through the CSS to see if altering it would correct it but nothing seemed to have worked.
