Wordpress and H1 tags?

Im using a wordpress site and there arent any H1 tags on any of the pages. The page name goes in as an H2 tag?

Am I missing something obvious as I cant see a way to change it to H1?

Gord, its an installed version on our own web space but will have a look through the link you posted and see if I can work it out.
