As tittle i am looking for a word press based shopping directory.

I stumbled across and asian bridal directory which i like the look off so anything similar would be cool

Not sure you'll get the same result with WP but there's a good handful of directory plugins for WP - just do a Google.

But seriously...there are tons out there and online reviews are unlikely to give you a good feeling for what you want. I would recommend evaluating all of the major ones you can find and be prepared to reinstall wordpress when some of the less good plugins hose your site.
