Wordpress Gallery plug in

Looking for an easy way to put pictures into a wordpress page so that they will all display the same size and then when clicked open up into a lightbox at there normal size.
The problem I have is that the pictures I have been given are all different dimensions.
Is there an elligent way of doing this with a plug in

Do you want them to be all the same size on the page eg thumbnails and then when you click on them just open at their normal size?
or do you want them so when you open them they are all the same size?

Would prefer the first one but the second one is OK.

I have used Next-Gen gallery, take a look at this site I am currently doing for an example.

Yeah that's what I'm after. I have 40 pictures of kitchens in landscape and portrait with different dimensions that I need to get into some kind of style
