Does anyone on here know how to use wordpress, I have a half finished wordpress site, I want to finish and need some advise on what to do,

I need to add location permalink (which the them does not support) to the site without causing issues.
 
I need to add location to the permalinks (url)
Its location based, yorkshire, midlands ext,
so if people want to search for things in that area it will be simple.

or if someone can give me a better solution

The other thing I could do is just focus on one location change the domain to location based and just seo for that
 
Are you building a small site with pages, or a blog?

I would focus more on useful and informative content to get site views. Putting the geolocation into the url will be a very small, probably insignificant, factor in getting geo related search results. For example, a far bigger factor for geo results would be a good Google My Business listing.

Also, a way better way to get site traffic than SEO is to have unique, original content that entertains or adds value for people.
