Wordpress Plugin - Team Score/Bar Chart

Is there anything out there that will present team scores in a nice, attractive manner? Perhaps an animated bar charts that fill up to show current team scores?

Depending how your skills are you could write a wrapper for this http://www.chartjs.org/

Do you need code writing to get and sort the data as well as present it or is it already in a format where it could be called upon?

It's four teams, the scores will be updated once a week. That's it. Very simple. Even manually inputting the scores is fine. Would just like it to look a little like that in the OP.
