Wordpress - Posts problem.

On my site I use WordPress as a simple CMS.

I've in the middle of changing everything and have come across a little problem that I don't know how to resolve.

In a nutshell, I want the most recent post on its own on one page only. This is done.

But then I want a list of the last 5 most recent posts BUT excluding the most recent one!

Anyone know how this can be done please?

It's work one, not personal one.
