Wordpress question: Signature?

hi guys,

i thought there was an option in WP to add the name of the author to the post, but i think i'm mistaken...

what code would need implementing to chuck a little "posted by ******" at the bottom or maybe under the title (yeah thats better)...

haven't edited any of the php yet so any advice is welcome

I was actually editing the wrong place, if i'd have been looking in the right place i would have seen that code all ready and waiting but commented out :rolleyes:
