Wordpress - remove the clutter!

Im trying to remove clutter from my future blog - does anyone know how to remove this:

Filed under: Uncategorized | Edit | Comment (0) Article tags: Italian, lunch

..as an example below each blog post?

This is the blog: www.fatbouche.com - you can see "filed under....." below each post - its pretty unecessary for my clean the,e.

If anyone could help that would be great.

It depends on the theme, but I doubt it'll be too different.

YOu don't need a new theme IF you go into the theme editor you can remove the text you mention.

I didn't mean he'd need a new theme. But the stuff he needs to remove may be in a different file or location depending on the theme he's using.

ooo don't get your knickers in a knot, I was simply stating that's what I had done as I wasn't sure myself.

yes, just use the editor in the admin panel and comment out the text as show there. see if that works.
