Wordpress site favours

Hey folks, I got made redundant in July and I'm trying to get back on my feet with work. I do video editing and animation but need a better online presence than I currently have. I'd say it was 50-75% there but there are some features I want to add but I don't know what I'm doing.

Anyone able to offer some help in exchange for non monetary favours? :O

I'm a WordPress developer if you want any help. Just post the problem and I can try to explain. Having it here also helps others that might stumble on the thread later.
