Hello!

What is the last word you spell checked and how outraged were you to find out it was not as you thought?

Me: "spicey"
Google: No, "spicy"
Me: aha, no. It is "spicey"
Google: It really isn't
Me: "My food arrived and unfortunately I found it too spicey. I'll order a milder version next tiem."
Google: "'Spicy'. Also, 'time'. Have you considered more direct wording, spelt correctly?"
ME: Get stuffed Google.
Google: More direct wording suggestions are: 'No.'

English does my head in. Take "OW" what sound does it make? Is it OW or is it OH?

BrOWn - OW
ClOWn - OW
OWner - OH
BlOWn - OW
FlOWn - OH

Why is Clown an OW sound but Flown isn't?

These are the real questions that we should be asking of government. Not the cost of living crisis or some rubbish like that.
