Work Gloves - Recommendations

The main issue is grip, The grip coating wears through the finger tips so fast that boxes slip out of your hands after about a week of use.

I'm sorry but I'm still failing to see how this is a problem when the gloves are so cheap. They cost pennies. Why don't you just pick a new pair of gloves at the start of each week? Or even every day? You expect medical staff to use new nitrile gloves every time, don't you? Don't let the search for the perfect get in the way of the good enough.

I'm fine with using work provided ones ;) They do the job for a while and are totally free which is a bonus. I simply fancy having a hunt around for something that could be better.

Check out the ones I linked  As I said my employer supplies both types and the Bears have far superior grip.

Those look better quality even from the pics ;) Thanks.

Buy a selection frorm screwfix and see which lasts the longest.

This is a great idea and my original plan but when I looked at the sheer amount of gloves to choose from I thought I'd post here and ask first :D

I haven't tested out any gloves yet except from the ones supplied at work which are mostly Warrior and Polyco branded (Various Types) Polyco Grip / Polyco Matrix Touch and a few others.

Look at Mechanix gloves. They can be picked up from the rainforest and they come in a multitude of forms to suit the work/use, will last forever.
When you say "the rainforest" do you mean Amazon?

You see, OcUK don't sell work gloves so not only are you allowed to say Amazon but you can link to the exact product you mean rather than faff about trying to drop hints.

/edit - Damnit, beaten by @Kol :D (and others)
