& a couple other comsmetic things...

In a couple months time I'll be ordering the above parts, I was hoping to get peoples opinions, suggestions etc

On the 360 Rad I was considering the Enermax T.B.Silence 120mm fans over the Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm 1850 RPM that come in the V12 Pack, they seem to give better airflow for half the Db. Static pressure on the Enermax is (mm-H2O): 0.722 - 1.676 but I have no idea if this is good/bad or terrible lol

I've saved for a hell of a long time to afford this and it's going to have to last a fairly long time as well!

Basically I was after a good looking, quiet system for gaming and a bit of overclocking but to also be a work horse handling large image files and video rendering as I'm a Photographer.

The loop I was planning was Res-360Rad-CPU-140Rad-GPU-Res

With this setup do you think I could have a good stable oc of 4.5ghz?

Any help would be hugely appreciated! :D

I have to say, it looks incredible..

Just thinking, as your going for a blue loop why not get a black (to match case interior) and blue (match to loop colour) motherboard?

YOUR BASKET
1 x Gigabyte X79S-UP5-Wifi Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard £279.95
Total : £290.75 (includes shipping : £9.00).

You will easily get 4.5 Ghz, I would even say you could get 5Ghz stable too.

Jealous. :(

Looks similar to the system I'm going to build this summer - so, naturally, those components look impressive to me! However, I am going to wait for the Corsair 900D as I inquired as to whether there will be a V12 Watercooled Edition of this (like there is for the Corsair 800D) and it seems likely; thus, you get what you wanted before but much better (from the looks of the new case and its specs), although probably a bit more expensive.

Thanks for the replies :-)

I just wish the Asus board was blue and black but I just couldn't step away from it due to the specs and functions, the Asus Rampage is an amazing board!

Is their any fan gurus about, I really don't understand this static pressure thing? Which would work better on the rads... The Scythe or Enermax?

I love the 800D and 900D but I think I still prefer the 800D.... Will wait until I can see them both in the flesh before ordering.

I'm hoping once a few more quid comes in I can eventually add another 7970, for the time being that's a pipe dream as this will bankrupt me as is lol
