Hello! I'm looking for a work laptop (I'm self-employed) and I'd be delighted if anyone here had any recommendations which might fit my spec. As a guide, I feel like the Dell XPS-13 Ultrabook may be the one that most closely fits what I'm looking for.
Budget: Under £1,000 would be amazing, but £1,200 is probably the max
Usage: No gaming, heavy browser activity.
Desired features: SSD hard drive, 8GB RAM, long battery life (6hrs or more if possible, interested in battery hot swapping too). Ideally light enough to carry on a 30 min walk but without a screen size compromise.
Thanks in advance for any help! And apologies that this isn't a component thread - I know they tend to be much more interesting.
