Hi All
I have been put in charge of organising a large mailshot for work.
We are going to be mailing out about 8000 leaflets to our client database.
The pack will be a4 size, and weigh about 175g.
Just wondering what the cheapest way to get them all posted out would be ? We have a franking machine ? Or is it better to go direct through royal mail ?
If it is of any help, all our clients in the same postcode .
Also, we need to enclose SAE's . I am sure that no more than half the clients will reply, and it seems a waste to spend all that money on stamps. Is there some way of enclosing envelopes with a pre-payment code on or something, so that we only get charged for the envelopes that are used/sent back ?
I know that people will say use a mailshot company, but we are in the forunate position to have about 10 kids working for us over the summer holidays on other projects, and we can divert their energies onto this, so want to keep it in-house.
Any advice very gratefully appreciated !
Thanks
Mehul
