Dont bother to rock the boat anymore, or you will get the blame in the future.
The one thing I'd like to know is do you work in the public sector or something using tax payers money?
If so, make a FOI to find out how much money goes to that supplier and what benefits you get back out of it (or whistleblow).
If not, it's not your money at the end of the day and it's not worth getting involved in such things. If you can't do your job properly, put that in the end of year review or something.
