Hi peeps,

My Outlook 2003 on my work pc keeps reporting my Mailbox has reached its limit and its causing me little problems such as sending and receiving emails..

I believe my .PST file is only 18mb...

Can someone kindly advise me how I would go about increasing my mail box size?

I have access to the server and all admin rights..

Thanks in advance..

Cheers

The limit may be imposed by your works server and you may have to ask a sys-admin. You could create a local archive of your mail and move your mail folders into that, it will not take up the room on your mailbox profile and free up some space.

howie how would i go about doing that? i have access to the server...yes i am using an exchange server - well all emails are rerooted by the server i believe upon entry..
