OK so im bored sitting at home while its quiet with my business i have started working at my dads place of work, labouring.
Today I was put on a specific job and was getting asked by a lithuanian girl for help all morning moving pallets etc. I was helping her out but when the supervisor seen he asked for me to stay on my job, which i was cool about.
The lithuanian girl then asked me to move a pallet which is literally 5 feet away from her and I say I cant, its only their anyway and pointed at it. She then said SHAME ON YOU and ran off to get her boyfriend crying (who is also lithuanian) he comes over and starts shouting at my supervisor saying that i had been arrogant and she cant move the pallet as she is exhausted from working 14 hour days every day (apart from sunday
). He then turns to me and swears at me - which I cant put on the forum. Basically stop being a ****** ****, aggressivly. I then asked my supervisor to confirm what I had heard, he answered yes and trys to calm the whole situation down and the lad leaves. I then go up to the supervisor and tell him I think he was out of order and he basically laughs it off Has a word with the lad and girl but nothing serious.
Im slightly annoyed with this and I want to know what I can do about it?
