restart the client/machine?

reset your internet connection?

change your configuration so that the "use IE connection settings" is the opposite to what it is currently? - I wouldn't bother with this if it's worked fine previously and you've not changed anything on your system over the last few days

server 100 is the collection server which although it's up and accepting it's usually quite busy (high netload) and also if it can't contact the work server your WU came from it won't let you upload to it anyway

can you see what server the work unit belongs to or what project number it is so we can look up the server

it should list the IP address when it tries to send it (before the server 100 entry)

it's also possible that thew unit sent alright but you didn't receive the confirmation - best thing to do is just leave it and it'll either send eventually or if it really has been received already then it'll time-out eventually and what's left will be deleted

if you want to see what server the WU came from you can stop the client, make a shortcut to it, change the target of the shortcut to include the -queueinfo flag outside the quote marks, eg.

"C:\Program Files\Folding@Home\Core1\FAH502-Console.exe" -queueinfo

Then run the shortcut, a dos window will pop up and then dissapear - look in FAHlog.txt for the output
