Highspeed PC (HSPC) make something called a "Tech Station", which is basically a frame for a motherboard with a shelf for PSU/CD etc.

This is ideal for me, but they seem overpriced for what they are.

Does anyone know if there any other manufacturers that offer something similar?

I'm not asking for links to competitors, I just want to know if there are any other companies that make the same/similar thing?

I could make something similar myself, but I'd rather see if I can buy something first.

Thanks

The only thing I can seem to find are Lubic kits (think mechano/lego), and to be honest, I'd rather make one myself - but one already made would be better :)

I might nip to B&Q and see what I can make it out of tomorrow.

What would be best for the motherboard to sit on? At the moment it's sitting on some card with a rubber mesh lining on it - I thought about a thin foam like dynamat?

Any ideas for the build? I was thinking of making the frame out of the aluminium L shaped strips you can get.

I've decided a slightly different approach, I've just bought a cheap InWin case off of eBay with removable motherboard tray and am going to use that.

It also means I can use some of the other spares left over, such as the switches and LED's.

I'll probably just have the PSU etc alongside it
