Hi all

So I currently have 3 24" screens to work on, I'm considering selling them on and getting 1 larger screen with a higher resolution 27" / 1440p or higher.

Do you find it more productive working on 1 large or multiple smaller screens?

I largely find 1 decent monitor the most productive - but in most cases I have 2 monitors setup - as sometimes it can be useful to spread the options you are working from (i.e. with albums or palettes, etc.) or something you are referencing on one screen while doing the actual job on the main one.

over the years i have tried it multiple ways, space is the factor in most but
i like a big screen (40 inch) and i loved 2x27 inch ones.

i did try 3x27 inch screens but then had a long way to scan my eyes across
them.

i would say 1 x 40 inch as snapping the windows works well and leaves everything
to a size that can be worked in or 2x27if you want some seperation.

I have a 34" 3440x1440 as my main with a 23" 1080p off to the left - works well for web dev/design and graphics work. I particularly like having Premier/After Effects preview windows on the side monitor leaving plenty of room on the main for timeline work.
